Description
During the running of the belt conveyor machine, due to the following reasons, such as raw material mixing with impurities or the own equipment malfunction, the conveyor belt will be broken in long distance by longitudinal avulsion. And one of our products, DWXBJ-3 Electrical conveyor belt repair machine, which can repair the longitudinal allusion of conveyor belt rapidly and usefully. And furthermore, we can produce special regulation equipments according to the requirements of our clients.
Technical Parameters
Installation
1.Please repair the broken place by covering with raw rubber. (See also the belt connection by vulcanization techniques in filling rubber part, or our serviceman displays the debugging of equipment.)
2.Please install the parts in order as follows: from the top to down, top machine frame, thermal baffle, top heating plate, hydropress plate, the broken conveyor belt, hydropress plate, bottom heating plate, thermal baffle and bottom machine frame.
3.Please install and tighten the screw rods, cushion and nuts.
4.Please connect the power and electric control cabinet with primary cable, and separately connect up-heating plate and electric control cabinet, down-heating plate and electric control cabinet with the secondary cable.
5.Please connect the water pump and hydropress plate with high-pressure hoses, turn on the electric control cabinet and pump water to the hydropress plate to the condition of the vulcanizing pressure.
