Description
During the running of conveyor machine, due to certain reasons, such as deviating from the belt, or the own quality of conveyor machine, which makes the broken of both belt-side, and it doesn't work properly. And the CGXBJ-2 Electrical conveyor belt repair machine can make up or repair the broken edges in a short time (usual 3 hours) after the stopping of conveyor machine, and it doesn't dismantle the roller. It's a wide usage comprehensive repairing machine, and its capability and operating methods are the same as the Vulcanizer.

Installation
1.Please repair the broken place by covering with raw rubber. (See also the belt connection by vulcanization techniques in filling rubber part, or our serviceman displays the debugging of equipment.
2.Please put the bottom plate, hydropress plate and bottom heating plate under the broken belt place according to the structure sketch map;
3.Please put the top heating plate, thermal baffle, top plate and bottom plate on the broken belt, and keep them uniformity;
4.Please install lock shells by the same distance and tighten the screw bolts.
5.Please connect the power and electric control cabinet with primary cable, and separately connect top heating plate and electric control cabinet, bottom heating plate and electric control cabinet with the secondary cable;
6.Please connect the water pump and hydropress plate with high-pressure hoses, turn on the electric control cabinet and pump water to the hydropress plate to the condition of the vulcanizing pressure.
